Dr. Al-Nashmi is a member of TID Shariah Supervisory Board since the company's establishment in 1994. He is a renowned scholar and the author of several books and researches on Shariah and Fiqh. Dr. Al-Nashmi heads the Shariah Board of the Zakat House in Kuwait and the Fatwa Committee of the Arab Investment Group. He also heads the World Zakat Council and is a member of Kuwait Finance House (KFH) Shariah Supervisory Board. Dr. Al-Nashmi holds a doctorate degree in Fiqh and Osool from Azhar University in Egypt.
