Mr.Al-Roumi, a Kuwaiti national, holds a B.S degree in commerce with amajor in business administration from Kuwait University. He is the ViceChairman / Managing Director and CEO of EFAD Holding Company.He also holds the office of Chairman at Adeem Investments Company, andVice Chairman of REFAD Hotels & Resorts Company. He has heldvarious positions with the Public Institution for Social Security. Mr.Al-Roumi is a TID Board Member since establishment in 1994.
